Signature London Ilford

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, especially the young man at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, from providing us with his own charger to helping us with travel information. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds that made for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided a variety of options including croissants, fresh fruits, and different drinks, which was a nice start to the day.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirty bed sheets and a missing bathroom shelf. The temperature control in the room was confusing and there were no instructions provided, which made it difficult to adjust the room temperature.

Great staff, helpful with printing event tickets and providing a last-minute ironing board. Conveniently located near a Tesco Express and easy parking for Uber. Close to a shopping center and train station. Rooms well-furnished, clean, and had nice blue lights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and always available to assist us. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the corridors smelled nice with fresh scents. The location was perfect, with good transportation links and plenty of shops nearby. We were able to easily access various attractions in London as the hotel was conveniently located close to Ilford station. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed watching the news on the HD TV.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in the middle of the High St is perfect, with lots of restaurants close by. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms, whether with a double bed or two beds, are well-equipped and the beds themselves are comfortable. The showers in the rooms are also a nice feature. Additionally, having breakfast included is a bonus, ensuring a good start to the day.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
